Government Software Sales Lead

 

We are seeking a government software sales expert who understands and has established successful government software sales strategies for fast-growing companies in their early stages. We're looking for an expert with a proven track record of selling into the Public Sector, and SaaS sales experience selling into large enterprise-level organizations B2G or B2B.

At Glass we're revolutionizing how governments buy with pioneering government e-commerce platforms. As the Government Sales Lead, you will play a critical role to make this happen.

Responsibilities

  • Identify early government adopters of our software solutions
  • Enable early government customer acquisition
  • Lead our go-to-market strategy for government software sales
  • Develop and negotiate enterprise-level proposals and contracts with prospective government clients
  • Forecast sales activity and estimated revenue achievements

Qualifications

  • Experience having established successful government software sales strategies for fast-growing companies in their early stages
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions into the Public Sector
  • Great negotiation and communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-starter with attention to detail
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a creative mindset
