E-commerce Operations Intern

As an E-commerce Operations Intern at GLASS, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the day-to-day operations of our government marketplace. Working closely with our team, you’ll assist in ensuring that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in live sourcing items for customers, supporting buyers via live chat, and assisting vendors with operations as needed. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop skills in customer service, vendor coordination, and e-commerce operations while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
